All requests for leave of absence must be made by completing the form below and we advise that you read the school’s Attendance Policy before completing this. All requests are considered on a case by case basis and decisions are made in line with the Attendance Policy. Please give as much notice as possible, but at least two weeks before the first day of planned absence.

If your child has a specific dietary need or allergy, our school meal provider, Alliance in Partnership (AiP), are able to supply specific menus tailored to their needs. Please complete the Allergen Menu Request Form below and return it directly to allergens@ainp.co.uk and also copy in the school office.

We are in a position to offer fresh milk daily to your child at school through a scheme set up jointly by the Local Education Authority, and School Milk Services Limited. The scheme is available to all children aged from five to eleven years. If you would like your child to have fresh milk please complete the form below and return it directly to School Milk Services Ltd.
