Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to deal with any complaints thoroughly. Equally we always hope that we can deal with your concerns easily and effectively without the need to implement formal processes.

If an issue has arisen with a member of staff that you have been unable to deal with directly, then please contact the Head Teacher, Mr Forrester. He will attempt to resolve the matter with you. Should the matter relate to the Head Teacher, then you can contact the Chair of Governors.

If you remain dissatisfied and wish to take it further then you are welcome to follow the Complaints procedure. This policy is in place for the protection and support of all parties and should be followed appropriately in order to ensure a balanced resolution can be achieved. Not following the procedures, as set out, could lead to your complaint not being fully addressed.
