The school day comprises two sessions:

Morning session: 8.45am to 12 noon, with a 15 minute morning break

Afternoon session: 1.00pm to 3.30pm

Arrival

Reception children should go to their class via the Reception play area

KS1 children (Year 1 and 2) should wait in the KS1 playground from 8.45am and will be taken to their class at 8.50am by their class teachers.

KS2 children (Years 3 – 6) should wait in their playgrounds and wait for their class teachers to let them into their classroom.

Late arrival

Any children who arrive late for any reason, should go to the school office to ensure that they are registered before going to class.

End of the school day

All year groups finish school at 3.30pm. Children should be collected from the agreed place near their classroom. If you have more than one child in school, please ask older siblings to either wait for you outside their classroom or meet you in an agreed place.

If you need to collect your child early for an appointment you must go to the main school reception to sign your child out. Any absence for appointments must be agreed in advance using the leave of absence request from on Schoolzine.
