“I am here to provide support and help for all families that need it. Working together is the best way we can help our children achieve.”   My name is Claire Woodman-Smith and I am the Family Link Worker at Stoke Bishop Primary School.  I am here to provide support for any family that may need it. We know that when home and school work successfully together, children can achieve more. I am available to work directly with you and your child, offering non-judgmental advice, information and signposting.

What I can offer: * Advice on promoting positive behaviour * Parenting courses * Assistance with language barriers * Help during challenging times * Information and signposting to other agencies and services * Or just have a friendly chat if you feel things just aren’t going the right way
