The children will have a series of tasks to complete over the course of the term.
Spellings
Children will be given their new spellings on a Monday each week. They will have a week to learn them and then they will be tested. They will have a booklet which contains all the words for terms 1 and 2. See your child’s class teacher if your child needs a replacement booklet.
Maths
Maths homework will be given out each Thursday. The children will have a week to complete the task – if they have any problems with it, they should speak to their teacher.
English
English homework will be given out each Monday. The children will have a week to complete the task – if they have any problems with it, they should speak to their class teacher.
