Year 3 and 4 ‘Juniorstem’ workshop.

As part of the Inventor Hub’s ‘Robot’ topic, Year 3 and Year 4 were very excited to welcome into school STEM specialists Juniorstem, who ran a half day workshop with each class. The children were really excited to have the opportunity to make their own Lego lion robot and wrote algorithms to program its movement. It was a wonderful chance for the children to engage with a technologist and to develop their ICT and Science skills. Thank you to the workshop leader, Nick, and to our PTA who supported this opportunity.
